Andrea Anders, born on May 10, 1975, in Madison, Wisconsin, is an American actress best known for her roles in television sitcoms. She grew up in DeForest, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, where she earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts.

She later attended Rutgers University, earning a Master of Fine Arts in 2001.

Andrea Anders began her career in theater, understudying Mary-Louise Parker in the Broadway production of "Proof" and playing Elaine Robinson in "The Graduate". She transitioned to television with roles in soap operas like "One Life to Live" and "Guiding Light".
