Bella Thorne, born Annabella Avery Thorne on October 8, 1997, in Pembroke Pines, Florida, is an American actress, singer, and writer. She first gained recognition for her roles in the TV series Dirty Sexy Money and My Own Worst Enemy, the latter earning her a Young Artist Award.

Bella Thorne rose to prominence with her role as CeCe Jones on the Disney Channel series Shake It Up, which brought her several awards and nominations, including an Imagen Award.

Her early life was marked by challenges. She was raised by her mother, Tamara Thorne, after her father, Delancey Reinaldo "Rey" Thorne, passed away in a traffic accident in 2007.
