Bree Walker, born Patricia Lynn Nelson on February 26, 1953, in Oakland, California, is an American radio talk show host, actress, and disability-rights activist. She gained recognition as the first on-air American television network news anchor with ectrodactyly, a rare genetic condition that causes missing and fused digits.

Raised in Austin, Minnesota, she faced challenges due to her condition but overcame them to build a successful career.

Bree Walker began her career as a disc jockey in Kansas City, New York City, and San Diego, where she initially went by Bree Bushaw, her first husband's name. She transitioned to television in 1980 as a consumer advocacy reporter at KGTV in San Diego.

In a bold move, she decided to go public with her ectrodactyly, previously hiding her hands with prosthetic gloves. Her visibility and advocacy work made her a prominent figure in disability rights.

Bree Walker has also dabbled in acting. She appeared as herself in the science-fiction thriller "Without Warning" and played Wendy Sorenson in "The Chase". She also guest-starred on "Reading Rainbow" and took on the role of Sabina the Scorpion Lady in the HBO series "Carnivàle," showcasing her webbed hands.
