Brina Palencia, born on February 13, 1984, in Oklahoma, is an American voice actress known for her extensive work in anime, video games, and television. She spent part of her childhood in Honduras before settling in Dallas, Texas, where she graduated from Weatherford High School in 2002. 

She pursued her passion for music and acting at the University of North Texas, earning a Bachelor of Arts in music in 2006. Her interest in voice acting was influenced by the anime series "Dragon Ball Z," which led her to audition for Funimation Entertainment.

Her career as a voice actress began in 2004, and she quickly became known for her ability to portray a wide range of characters. Some of her most notable roles include Tony Tony Chopper in "One Piece," Ciel Phantomhive in "Black Butler," Holo in "Spice and Wolf," and Juvia Lockser in "Fairy Tail."

Her personal life has been relatively private. She married Paul Wingo in 2013, and the couple has a son, born in 2019. Her brother, Gino Palencia, works as an ADR engineer at Crunchyroll.
