Christina Vidal is an American actress and singer born on November 18, 1981, in Whitestone, Queens, New York City. She is the daughter of Manny Vidal, a tax consultant and businessman, and Josie Vidal, a secretary, both of Puerto Rican ancestry.
Christina Vidal attended Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School, where she discovered her passion for performing. At the age of 17, she joined a girl group called Gemstone, alongside Jade Villalon and Crystal Grant.
Her acting career began when one of her teachers informed her about an audition for the film "Life with Mikey" (1993), starring Michael J. Fox. She landed the role of Angie Vega, becoming the first Puerto Rican child actress to play a lead role in a U.S. film.
