Debra Wilson, born on April 26, 1962, in South Ozone Park, Queens, New York City, is an American actress and comedian. She is best known for being the longest-serving original cast member on the sketch comedy series Mad TV, where she appeared from 1995 to 2003.

Debra Wilson, also known as Debra Skelton, has made a name for herself through her versatile performances and numerous voice acting roles.

Growing up in New York City, she attended the New York City High School of the Performing Arts and later studied television and radio broadcasting at Syracuse University. Before her rise to fame, she worked as a preschool teacher and performed with various improv comedy troupes. Her television acting debut came on The Apollo Comedy Hour and The Uptown Comedy Club, where she became a series regular.

Her voice acting work in animated shows and video games, such as Mao Mao: Heroes of Pure Heart, Baby Shark's Big Show!, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, has further solidified her legacy. In 2022, she started voicing Daisy Duck on Mickey Mouse Funhouse, making her the first African-American performer of the character.
