She attended two private bilingual schools in Mexico City, Edron Academy and the American School Foundation, and later studied acting at the M&M Studio and Televisa's Centro de Educación Artística.

Her career began at the age of 16 when she was cast as the lead in the Mexican telenovela "Lola, érase una vez." This role catapulted her to fame in Latin America. She continued to build her career with roles in the Nickelodeon teen drama "Sueña conmigo" and the American horror series "From Dusk till Dawn: The Series."
