Eleanor Tomlinson

Eleanor Tomlinson is an English actress born on May 19, 1992, in London, England. She moved to Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire, when she was young and attended Beverley High School. She is the daughter of Judith Hibbert, a singer, and Malcolm Tomlinson, an actor and horse racing commentator. Her brother, Ross Tomlinson, is also an actor.

Eleanor Tomlinson began her acting career in 2006 with a role in the film "The Illusionist" where she played Young Sophie. She gained recognition for her role as Jas in the teen film "Angus, Thongs and Perfect Snogging" in 2008.

She continued to build her career with roles in various films and television series. In 2013, she played Princess Isabelle in "Jack the Giant Slayer" and Lady Isabel Neville in the TV series "The White Queen." Her role as Demelza Poldark in the BBC One television series "Poldark" from 2015 to 2019 made her a household name.
