Elizabeth Olsen

Elizabeth Chase Olsen was born on February 16, 1989, in Sherman Oaks, California. She is the daughter of Jarnette, a former dancer, and David Olsen, a real estate agent. Elizabeth has two older twin sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who are well-known actresses and fashion designers.

She also has an older brother named Trent, a younger half-sister named Courtney Taylor Olsen, and a younger half-brother named Jake Olsen. Her parents divorced in 1996.

Elizabeth Olsen began acting at the age of four, appearing in her sisters' projects such as the television film How the West Was Fun and the straight-to-video series The Adventures of Mary-Kate & Ashley.

She attended Campbell Hall School in Studio City, California, and later studied at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, where she took classes at the Atlantic Theater Company and spent a semester at the Moscow Art Theatre School in Russia. She graduated from NYU in January 2013.

Her acting career took off with her debut film role in the thriller Martha Marcy May Marlene in 2011, for which she received critical acclaim and several award nominations. She gained worldwide recognition for her portrayal of Wanda Maximoff, also known as Scarlet Witch, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Elizabeth Olsen appeared in several Marvel films, including Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
