Glen Powell

Glen Powell is an American actor known for his roles in various films and television series. He was born on October 21, 1988, in Austin, Texas. He grew up in a supportive family with his parents, Glen Powell Sr., an executive coach, and Cyndy Powell, a homemaker.

He has two sisters, Lauren Powell Whatton and Leslie Powell. Glen attended Westwood High School in northwest Austin, where he played football and lacrosse. He later attended the University of Texas at Austin but left before completing his degree to pursue his acting career.

His acting career began with small roles on television and in films such as Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over and Fast Food Nation. He gained recognition for his role as Chad Radwell in the comedy-horror series Scream Queens. He also starred in the teen comedy Everybody Wants Some!! and the romantic comedy Set It Up.

He portrayed astronaut John Glenn in the critically acclaimed film Hidden Figures and aviator Tom Hudner in Devotion. He achieved wider prominence for his role as Lieutenant Jake "Hangman" Seresin in the action film Top Gun: Maverick. He has also starred in the romantic comedy Anyone But You and the dark comedy Hit Man, which he co-wrote and produced.
