Hallee Hirsh, born Hallee Leah Hirsh in 1987 in Omaha, Nebraska, is an American actress best known for her roles as Mattie Grace Johnson on JAG, Daley in the children's series Flight 29 Down, and as the adolescent and young adult Rachel Greene on ER.

She began acting at the tender age of three, alongside her older brother Greg, and her family moved frequently due to her parents' military careers. Her first role came after an audition in Orlando for Disney's Big Red Boat cruise line, and she soon began taking the train into Manhattan almost daily to audition for various roles.

Her career took off when she moved to Los Angeles at the age of 11, where she lived with her father in the Oakwood Toluca Hills apartment complex, alongside other notable child stars such as Hilary Duff.

She graduated magna cum laude from UCLA in 2011, majoring in anthropology and minoring in Chinese. Her most notable role was as Rachel Greene on ER, where she portrayed Mark Greene's rebellious teenage daughter who later returned to St. Louis after her father's death. She reprised her role in the series finale, where her character was interviewing for medical school.

Hallee Hirsh starred in the Discovery Kids Channel teen series Flight 29 Down and had a recurring role on JAG as Matilda "Mattie" Grace Johnson. She was nominated for Best Comedic Actress in a Feature Film at the 2009 Method Fest film festival for her work in 16 to Life and won Best Actress for the same role at both the 2010 Tunis International Film Festival and the 2010 Alaska International Film Festival.

Hallee Hirsh married Ryan Martin in 2013, and they have two sons, born in May 2014 and December 2018. At the end of 2014, the family relocated from Los Angeles to Asheville, North Carolina, where they operate Hole Doughnuts, a doughnut shop that received recognition from Bon Appétit magazine for "Dessert of the Year" in 2016.
