Jamie-Lynn Sigler was born on May 15, 1981, in Jericho, New York, and is best known for her role as Meadow Soprano on the critically acclaimed HBO series "The Sopranos" from 1999 to 2007.

She began acting and singing at a young age, appearing in numerous New York regional theater productions, including "Annie," "The Wizard of Oz," and "The Sound of Music." She made her Broadway debut in 2002, playing Belle in Disney's "Beauty and the Beast."

In addition to her role on "The Sopranos," she has appeared in various television shows such as "Entourage," "Ugly Betty," and "How I Met Your Mother." She also starred in the USA Network movie "Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss" and had a recurring role in the game show "The $100,000 Pyramid."

Jamie-Lynn Sigler has been open about her battle with an eating disorder during her time on "The Sopranos" and has since become a spokesperson for the National Eating Disorders Association.

Jamie-Lynn Sigler has also ventured into music, releasing a single titled "Cry Baby" in 2007. She published an autobiography, "Wise Girl," in 2002, detailing her experiences in Hollywood and her personal life. She is married to Cutter Dykstra, and they have two children together.
