Jennifer Runyon married Todd Corman, a collegiate basketball coach and film and television production assistant, on March 9, 1991. The couple has two children, Wyatt and Bayley. She mentioned in a 2014 interview that she was semiretired from acting and was working as a teacher, as well as co-hosting her own cooking podcast.

Her career includes a variety of roles in both movies and television. Some of her notable works include "The Falcon and the Snowman" (1985), "The In Crowd" (1988), and "18 Again!" (1988).
