Jennifer Taylor, born Jennifer Bini on April 19, 1972, in Hoboken, New Jersey, is an American actress best known for her role as Chelsea Melini on the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men." She started her career as a model and was the first runner-up in the Miss Florida USA pageant in both 1995 and 1996.
