Jes Macallan, born Jessica Lee Liszewski on August 9, 1982, in Sarasota, Florida, is an American actress and director renowned for her compelling performances in television series such as Mistresses and Legends of Tomorrow.

She began her artistic journey early, training in dance from the age of three and continuing for 18 years. Academically, she pursued a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Florida and studied abroad at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy. During college, she modeled and later moved to Los Angeles and New York to study acting.

Her acting career commenced in 2008 with appearances in films such as Ocean's 7-11 and Identity Crisis. She gained widespread recognition for her role as Josslyn Carver in ABC's drama series Mistresses, which ran from 2013 to 2016.
