Jill Whelan, born on September 29, 1966, in Oakland, California, is an American actress and writer best known for her role as Vicki Stubing on the television series "The Love Boat" from 1977 to 1987.
She began her career in television commercials before landing her breakthrough role on "The Love Boat" at the age of 11. Jill Whelan continued to work in television, making guest appearances on shows like "Fantasy Island", "Vegas", "Trapper John, M.D.", and "Battle of the Network Stars".
She also appeared in the 1980 disaster comedy film "Airplane!" as Lisa Davis.
