Kaye Stevens, born Catherine Louise Stephens on July 21, 1932, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was an American singer and actress. She started her career as a drummer and singer in Cleveland, Ohio, before making her big break at the Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas when she filled in for an ailing Debbie Reynolds.
This performance launched her career, leading to shows at the Plaza Hotel's Persian Room in New York City, the Waldorf Astoria, and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. She also toured with The Rat Pack, Johnny Carson, and Bob Hope.
In addition to her singing career, Kaye Stevens appeared in several films, including "The Interns" (1962) and its sequel "The New Interns" (1964), as well as "Jaws 3-D" (1983).
She was a regular on the television soap opera "Days of Our Lives" from 1974 to 1979 and appeared on various game shows like "Match Game," "Hollywood Squares," and "The Price Is Right."

Kaye Stevens passed away on December 28, 2011, in The Villages, Florida, following a battle with breast cancer and blood clots.
