Kim Rhodes, born on June 7, 1969, in Portland, Oregon, is an American actress known for her versatile roles on television and film. She graduated from Benson Polytechnic High School and later attended Southern Oregon University, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting.

She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Fine Arts from Temple University. Her career began in the early 1990s, and she quickly gained recognition for her role as Cindy Harrison on the soap operas Another World and As the World Turns.

Her performance in Another World earned her a nomination for the Soap Opera Digest Award as Favorite New Couple in 1997.

In 2005, Kim Rhodes landed a significant role as Carey Martin on the Disney Channel sitcom The Suite Life of Zack & Cody, where her character's spiky blonde hair and can-do attitude made her a fan favorite.

She reprised her role in the spin-off series The Suite Life on Deck from 2008 to 2011. Her career took another turn in 2010 when she was cast as Sheriff Jody Mills on the CW's show Supernatural, a role she portrayed from Season 5 until the series finale in 2020.

Her character's appearances were so well-received that a backdoor pilot for a spin-off series titled Wayward Sisters was created in 2018, although the new series did not move forward.

Kim Rhodes is married to actor Travis Hodges, and they reside in Los Angeles, California. They have a daughter, who is autistic, and Kim shared in August 2022 that she had been diagnosed with autism that year.

Kim Rhodes is also certified in four types of stage combat, including hand-to-hand, quarterstaff, rapier, and dagger. She is an avid fan of books and reading, enjoys dancing and playing pool, and is a huge animal lover who supports the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).

Kim Rhodes has appeared in various films, including In Pursuit (2001), Christmas with the Kranks (2004), Sky High (2005), Mostly Ghostly (2008), Cyrus (2010), and Beethoven's Christmas Adventure (2011).
