Lana Wood, born Svetlana Lisa Gurdin on March 1, 1946, in Santa Monica, California, is an American actress and producer. She made her film debut as a child actress in John Ford's classic "The Searchers" (1956), playing a younger version of her sister Natalie Wood's character.
Her career took off in the 1960s, and she became well-known for her role as Sandy Webber on the TV series "Peyton Place" (1966-1967). Her most notable film role came in 1971 when she played the Bond girl Plenty O'Toole in the James Bond film "Diamonds Are Forever" opposite Sean Connery.
