Laura Ramsey was born on November 14, 1982, in Brandon, Wisconsin, and is an American actress known for her roles in both film and television. She discovered her passion for acting at a young age and pursued it by moving to Los Angeles at the age of 19.

Laura Ramsey was discovered while working as a waitress on Sunset Boulevard and quickly landed her first audition, which led to her role in the documentary "The Real Cancun" (2003). This opportunity paved the way for her feature film debut in "Lords of Dogtown" (2005).

She gained recognition for her roles in films such as "She's the Man" (2006), "The Covenant" (2006), "The Ruins" (2008), "Middle Men" (2009), and "Kill the Irishman" (2011).

She also appeared in television shows like "The Days" (2004), "Mad Men" (2008), and "Hindsight" (2015). After taking an eight-year hiatus from acting, she returned to the screen in 2023 with the Lifetime television film "A Rose for Her Grave: The Randy Roth Story."
