Linda Park, born on July 9, 1978, in Seoul, South Korea, is a South Korean-American actress best known for her portrayal of communications officer Hoshi Sato in the science fiction television series "Star Trek: Enterprise."

She moved to the United States with her family when she was young and grew up in San Jose, California. She attended Notre Dame High School and later graduated from Boston University in 2000 with a degree in Fine Arts, where she also studied at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in England.

Her acting career began with a small role in the 2001 science fiction adventure film "Jurassic Park III" as Ellie Sattler's assistant. Shortly after, she was cast as Ensign Hoshi Sato in "Star Trek: Enterprise," which aired from 2001 to 2005.

This role catapulted her to fame and established her as a significant figure in the Star Trek franchise. She appeared in all four seasons, bringing depth and authenticity to her character's linguistic and communications expertise.
