Lisa Loring, born Lisa Ann DeCinces on February 16, 1958, on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands, was an American actress best known for her role as Wednesday Addams on the 1964-1966 sitcom "The Addams Family."

Her parents, Judith Ann Callies and James P. DeCinces, both served in the United States Navy, but divorced shortly after her birth. She grew up in Hawaii before moving to Los Angeles with her mother.

She began modeling at the age of three and made her television debut in an episode of "Dr. Kildare" in 1964. Her mother passed away from alcoholism in 1974, which was a significant turning point in Lisa's life.

Her career took off when she was cast as Wednesday Addams at the age of six. The character became iconic, and her portrayal of the perpetually gloomy yet sweet-natured Wednesday left a lasting impression on audiences.

After "The Addams Family" ended, she appeared in the short-lived sitcom "The Pruitts of Southampton" and later joined the cast of the CBS soap opera "As the World Turns," where she played Cricket Montgomery from 1980 to 1983.

She also ventured into the world of B-grade slasher films, starring in movies like "Blood Frenzy," "Savage Harbor," and "Iced."

Her personal life was marked by several marriages and challenges. She married Farrell Foumberg in 1973 when she was just 15 years old, and they had a daughter together before divorcing a year later.

She then married actor Doug Stevenson in 1981, and they had a daughter before their marriage ended in 1983. In 1987, she married adult film actor Jerry Butler, but their relationship faced difficulties due to his continued involvement in pornography, leading to their divorce in 1992.

Her final marriage was to Graham Rich in 2003, which ended in 2014.

Lisa Loring passed away on January 28, 2023, in Burbank, California, leaving behind a legacy that continues to be remembered fondly by fans and colleagues alike.
