Luke Paul Anthony Newton, born on February 5, 1993, in Shoreham-by-Sea, England, is a talented English actor known for his roles in popular television series. Growing up in a family with a rich background in performing arts, his passion for acting was nurtured from a young age.

His father was a singer, and his maternal aunts were West End performers, which significantly influenced his career choice. He attended St Nicolas and St Mary's Primary School and later Northbrook College Sussex. He was scouted by an agent while performing in a local production of Billy Elliot, which led him to train at the London School of Musical Theatre.

Luke Newton made his television debut in 2010 in the BBC Two teen series The Cut, where he played Luke Atwood. He then appeared in the BBC soap opera Doctors and made his professional stage debut as an understudy in the West End run of The Book of Mormon.

From 2016 to 2017, he starred in the Disney Channel series The Lodge as Ben Evans, which brought him significant recognition. In 2018, he starred in the Syfy television film Lake Placid: Legacy.
