Martine Beswick, born Mary Rose Penso Beswick on September 26, 1941, in Port Antonio, Jamaica, is a Jamaican-born British actress and model renowned for her roles in two James Bond films and various genre movies throughout the 1960s and 1970s.

She is the daughter of a British father and a Portuguese-Jamaican mother. Following her parents’ separation in 1954, she moved with her mother and sister to London, where she left high school in 1955 to help support her family.

She initially worked as a model and participated in beauty pageants before pursuing an acting career. She gained early recognition with her portrayal of the fiery gypsy girl Zora in the Bond film "From Russia with Love" (1963), where she became known for a memorable fight scene. She returned to the Bond franchise with the role of Paula Caplan in "Thunderball" (1965).
