Missi Pyle, born Andrea Kay Pyle on November 16, 1972, in Houston, Texas, is an American actress and singer. She grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, and attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1995.
Her career began with a minor role in the film "As Good as It Gets" in 1997, but she gained widespread recognition for her role in the sci-fi parody "Galaxy Quest" in 1999.
