Nancy Malone, born Ann Josefa Maloney on March 19, 1935, in Queens Village, New York, was an American television actress, director, and producer. She began her career as a child model, appearing on the cover of Life magazine at the age of 11.

Her early exposure to the spotlight sparked her interest in performing arts, and by the age of 15, she made her Broadway debut in "Time Out for Ginger".

In the 1950s, she transitioned to television, appearing in shows such as "I Remember Mama," "Robert Montgomery Presents," and "Suspense." She gained critical acclaim for her role as Libby on the series "Naked City" from 1960 to 1963.

During the same period, she played Robin Lang Bowden Fletcher on the daytime soap opera "Guiding Light" and guest-starred in episodes of "77 Sunset Strip," "The Outer Limits," and "The Twilight Zone."

Her career took a significant turn in the 1970s when she transitioned behind the camera, becoming one of the first female vice-presidents of television at 20th Century Fox in 1976.

She worked as a producer for "The Bionic Woman" and directed episodes of "Melrose Place" and "Diagnosis Murder." Her contributions to the entertainment industry were recognized when she was awarded one of the first Crystal Awards by Women in Film in 1977.

She never married and had no children, focusing instead on her professional pursuits and advocacy work. Nancy Malone passed away on May 8, 2014, at the age of 79, due to pneumonia complications from leukemia.
