Nicole Scherzinger

Nicole Prascovia Elikolani Valiente, known professionally as Nicole Scherzinger, was born on June 29, 1978, in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, actress, and television personality. Nicole's father, Alfonso Valiente, is of Filipino descent, and her mother, Rosemary Elikolani, is of Native Hawaiian and Ukrainian descent.

Her parents separated when she was a baby, and her mother remarried German-American Gary Scherzinger, who adopted Nicole. She grew up in Louisville, Kentucky, and attended DuPont Manual High School and the Youth Performing Arts School.

She later studied musical theatre at Wright State University but dropped out to pursue a music career.

Nicole Scherzinger began her career in the entertainment industry as a member of the girl group Eden's Crush, which was formed through the reality TV show Popstars. She gained widespread fame as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls, one of the world's best-selling girl groups, with hits like "Don't Cha," "Buttons," and "When I Grow Up."

The group released two successful albums, PCD and Doll Domination, before disbanding in 2010. She then pursued a solo career, releasing her debut album Killer Love in 2011, which included singles like "Poison" and "Don't Hold Your Breath." Her second album, Big Fat Lie, was released in 2014.
