Pamela Hensley, born Pamela Gail Hensley on October 3, 1950, in Glendale, California, is an American actress and author. Her father was a veterinarian, and her mother was an actress, which inspired her to pursue a career in acting.

She attended the Argyle Academy and later won an audition with the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London, where she trained intensively for three years. Upon returning to the United States, she signed a seven-year contract with Universal Studios.

Her career took off in the 1970s with guest roles in various television series such as "Marcus Welby, M.D.," "The Rockford Files," and "McMillan & Wife."

She gained widespread recognition for her role as Princess Ardala in the television series "Buck Rogers in the 25th Century" (1979-1981) and as C.J. Parsons in "Matt Houston" (1982-1985). In 1985, Pamela Hensley retired from acting and later re-emerged in the literary world with the publication of "The Jewish-Sicilian Cookbook" in 2004. She authored the cookbook under the name Pamela Hensley Vincent, reflecting her marriage to television executive producer E. Duke Vincent.

The couple married in 1982 and remained together until his death in 2024.
