Paul Michael Stoll, born on December 14, 1985, in Lansing, Michigan, is an American-born Mexican professional basketball player who primarily operates as a point guard for Halcones de Xalapa in Mexico's Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional.
Standing at 5 feet 10 inches tall, he attended East Lansing High School before playing college basketball at Lansing Community College and the University of Texas–Pan American, where in his senior year he averaged 14.1 points, 7.2 assists, 2.6 rebounds, and 2.5 steals per game, earning All-Independent First Team honors in 2008.

He launched his professional career in 2008 with Mexico's Algodoneros de la Comarca, followed by stints with Venezuela's Gigantes de Guayana in 2011, where he posted a career-high 33 points and 12 assists in a single game.
He moved to Israel's Maccabi Haifa for the 2012–13 season, winning the Israeli League Championship, participating in the All-Star Game, and claiming the Three-Point Shootout title while averaging 14.4 points, 4.8 assists, and 2.4 steals over 35 games.
Subsequent seasons saw Stoll join Turkey's Trabzonspor in 2013–14, return to Mexico's Halcones Rojos Veracruz in 2014–15, and play for Russia's Avtodor Saratov in 2015–16, where he led the VTB United League in assists at 7.1 per game and earned EuroCup Round 7 MVP honors.
He continued with UNICS Kazan in 2016–17, Spain's Tecnyconta Zaragoza in 2018, Israel's Maccabi Ashdod in 2018–19, leading the league in steals at 2.9 per game and France's Limoges CSP in 2019, alongside returns to Ashdod and multiple engagements with Mexico's Fuerza Regia, including a 2020 LNBP championship.
