Terrence LeVarr Thornton, better known by his stage name Pusha T, is an American rapper, songwriter, and record executive renowned for his intricate lyricism and vivid storytelling. Born on May 13, 1977, in the Bronx, New York City, Pusha T relocated with his family to Virginia Beach, Virginia, during his early years.

Growing up alongside his older brother, Gene Thornton (known as No Malice), Pusha T was exposed to the challenges of urban life, which later influenced his music.
