Rachel True, born Rachel India True on November 15, 1966, in New York City, is an American actress, model, and tarot-card reader. She is best known for her role as Rochelle Zimmerman in the cult classic film "The Craft" (1996), where she played one of the four teenage witches.

Her mother is of African American descent, and her father is of Ashkenazi Jewish heritage. Her younger sister, Noel, is also an actress.
