Tahnee Welch, born Latanne Rene Welch on December 26, 1961, in San Diego, California, is a former American model and actress. She is the daughter of the late actress Raquel Welch and her first husband, James Welch.

Her early life was spent traveling between Spain, England, and Italy, before returning to the United States to attend an all-girls school. At the age of 16, she dropped out of school and left home, eventually moving to New York to study acting.

Her career began in Italy in the early 1980s, where she starred in the romantic comedy "Amarsi un po'" (1984) opposite Virna Lisi. Her breakthrough came with the role of Kitty in Ron Howard's "Cocoon" (1985), a summer blockbuster that helped launch her career in Hollywood.

She reprised her role in the sequel "Cocoon: The Return" (1988) and also appeared in the TV series "Falcon Crest" (1987-1988).

Tahnee Welch worked extensively in Italian and German film and television productions. She appeared in films such as "Sleeping Beauty" (1987), "Lethal Obsession" (1987), "Disperatamente Giulia" (1989), and "Search and Destroy" (1995). She also ventured into video games, portraying the role of Catherine Powell in the 1996 game "Ripper".

She was a successful model, appearing on the covers of American Vogue, Italian Vogue, British GQ, and French Marie Claire, among others. She posed for a nude pictorial in the November 1995 edition of Playboy.

She never married and has no children. She was romantically linked to British actor Jared Harris in the early 1990s, but the relationship ended in 1996. She later dated actor Luca Palanca, but they never married.
