Tania Raymonde

Tania Raymonde, born Tania Raymonde Helen Katz on March 22, 1988, in Los Angeles, California, is an American actress known for her versatile roles across television and film. She began her career at a young age, appearing in the Fox sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle" as Cynthia Sanders from 2000 to 2002.

Her breakout role came as Alex Rousseau on the ABC series "Lost" from 2006 to 2010, where she captivated audiences with her portrayal of the adopted daughter of Benjamin Linus.

Her early life was shaped by her diverse heritage; her father is of Polish-Russian Jewish descent, and her mother is French from Corsica. She is fluent in French, having attended the Lycée Français de Los Angeles.

Her passion for acting was nurtured by her supportive parents, who recognized her talent early on. Her career took off with her first television role as Alice/Young Syd in the "Syd in Wonderland" episode of the TV series "Providence."
