Tia Dashon Mowry (born July 6, 1978) is an American actress, producer, author, and entrepreneur best known for co-starring with her identical twin sister Tamera Mowry in the popular 1990s sitcom Sister, Sister.

Born in Gelnhausen, West Germany, to American parents Timothy Mowry, a retired U.S. Army sergeant, and Darlene Mowry, a chaplain's assistant, she spent part of her early childhood overseas before the family settled in California, where she and Tamera began performing in church and school productions, leading to early television guest spots on shows such as Full House and Are You Afraid of the Dark?.

At age 12, the twins landed their breakthrough roles as separated sisters Tia Landry and Tamera Campbell on Sister, Sister (1994–1999), which aired on The WB and later ABC and became a cultural touchstone for Black family comedy, earning them NAACP Image Award nominations and widespread teen popularity.

Following the series' end, she transitioned to diverse film and television projects, debuting in features like The Hot Chick (2002) as Venetia and voicing Sasha in the Bratz animated franchise, while starring in Disney Channel's Twitches (2005) and its sequel as witch twin Alex Fielding.

She achieved further success with a long-running role as Dr. Melanie Barnett-Davis on The CW/BET's The Game (2006–2015), appearing in over 100 episodes, and later headlined sitcoms including Instant Mom (2013–2015) as Stephanie Phillips and Netflix's Family Reunion (2019–2022) as Cocoa McKellan.

Tia Mowry has balanced scripted work with reality television, hosting Tia Mowry at Home (2015–2017) and starring in her own docuseries Tia Mowry: My Next Act (2024), alongside holiday films such as My Christmas Inn (2018) and A Very Merry Beauty Salon (2024).​

Tia Mowry expanded into producing through her company Teiamony, developing projects like the family film Baggage Claim (2013), and has authored cookbooks including Whole New You (2017) and cookware lines reflecting her interest in health and wellness.

Her personal life includes marriage to actor Cory Hardrict from 2008 to 2023, with whom she shares two children, and she has been open about navigating co-parenting, divorce, and self-discovery in public forums.
