Zelda Williams

Zelda Williams, born Zelda Rae Williams on July 31, 1989, in New York City, is an American actress, director, producer, and writer. She is the daughter of the late actor Robin Williams and film producer Marsha Garces Williams.

Named after Princess Zelda from The Legend of Zelda video game series, she has a younger brother, Cody, and an older half-brother, Zak Williams. She made her acting debut at the age of five and has been active in the entertainment industry since 1994.

Her career includes a variety of roles in both film and television. She is best known for her voice role as Kuvira in the Nickelodeon series The Legend of Korra. She has also appeared in films such as House of D (2004), Were the World Mine (2008), and Never (2014).

In 2018, she wrote and directed the short film Shrimp, which later developed into a half-hour series. Her feature-length directorial debut, Lisa Frankenstein, was released in 2024.
